This bronze is cast solid, is life-size and is very heavy. I worked this in wax, constantly checking my wax foot against that of Rune’s real foot for accuracy as Rune rested his poor weary bones on the couch. Initially he appeared suspicious and concerned, with a worried expression on his face. “What are you doing to my foot?” But eventually he relaxed, decided to ignore me and went back to sleep.
